Join Dorothee Tshiela, a clinical therapist at Face2Face and Saran Cryer, a Mental Health Wellness Counselor at Women’s Advocates in a conversation about supporting the mental health of Black women.

In this 90 minute conversation, the featured speakers will engage in a conversation about:

  1. Why mental health support matters for Black women and how to offer it
  2. The stigma surrounding mental health in Black communities and how to mitigate its impact
  3. Tools for how Black women can prioritize their mental health and actually ask for help
