In this 90-minute webinar, we will:

  1. Dig into the concept of Emotional Safety and what it means to feel safe (or not safe) in our emotional brain.
  2. Explore how our bodies respond to emotional upset, pinpoint the settings and situations that threaten or deplete our emotional safety, and share coping mechanisms to navigate from chaos into calmer waters.
  3. Participants will leave this webinar with materials and suggestions to create their very own Emotional Safety Plan
