Safety Planning for the Holidays Workshop
Date: Monday, December 21st, 2020 from 1-2:30pm central US time
Join Brenisen (Women’s Advocates’ Education and Outreach Coordinator) and Mary Beth (Women’s Advocates Crisis Resource and Outreach Navigator) in a 90-minute webinar specifically discussing practical safety planning for the holiday season.
In this workshop we will:
- Discuss the dimensions of safety and how the holiday season can jeopardize the safety of survivors.
- General and specific tips to explore unique safety needs during the holidays
- Provide useful tools, worksheets, and handouts, and guidance on how to implement them.
- Breakout rooms to practice personalized safety planning in smaller groups
**ASL interpretation will be provided for this event.
